Property Manager Update

If you have a property management company managing your residence, please submit this form to notify PDS of the change so we may begin forwarding any notices to the property manager on your behalf. A copy of a signed contract agreement between the homeowner and the property management company is also required.

    Please select the mail items the Property Manager is to receive. The Owner's Alternate Address will receive the mail items in the option not selected.
