Planned Development Services (PDS) specializes in HOA community management. As part of one of our services, PDS sets up and maintains numerous community websites for many of the HOA communities we manage, many of which are maintained at no charge to the community. To defray the costs involved, PDS offers advertising space on these websites.
Banner Advertising –
All banner ads are linked directly to your website and will come with an account to track your banner’s results in real time. Your banner ad will be placed in rotation on our banner rotation system, appearing on the Header and Footer of multiple community websites(Communities and statistics available upon request!) and our Local Services Directory with the potential of reaching over 10,000 homes!
Placement:
Unlike many other banner advertising programs, your banner will be displayed on numerous websites! We offer 4 different regions (Region Map) within the greater metropolitan Phoenix area. Simply select which region you would like your banner ad to be placed and your banner ad will be shown on ALL advertising community websites within that region! Multiple or all regions may be purchased at a discounted rate!

Banner Format / Production:
All banner ads must be formatted to 468 x 60 pixels and may not exceed 100 KB. Banner ads must be submitted in JPEG or GIF format. Animated or multiple frame banners are accepted.
A simple banner advertisement can be created for you at an additional fee of $30.
If you do not have a website we can create and link your banner to a profile page on our Local Services Directory at no charge! This profile page will not be listed or searchable within the main directory listings.
Directory Listing – Placing a directory listing for your company or product offers a unique way for homeowners to find you. Your listing will be placed in the PDS Local Services Directory within a region, which is available to our homeowners to look for needed vendors in their area! Multiple or all regions may be purchased at a discounted rate.
