Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

Violations / Fines

Q: I received a violation letter and/or fine. What should I do?
A:
Address the issue detailed in the letter and pay the fine. If you have received a courtesy letter, simply take care of the issue. If you feel this letter was sent to you in error, you can appeal the letter in writing to the Board of Directors of your community. Submit your appeal to the Community Manager of your community. You can also use our Online Appeal Form. You should clearly state any extenuating circumstances in your appeal.

Q: My neighbor is violating one or more of our community’s rules, why isn’t anything being done by the Association?
A:
In most cases the neighbor has already been sent notice of the violation. The Association must follow certain procedures and policies, which can take time to ensure full compliance of the Association’s rules. If you see a violation in the neighborhood you can report the violation by clicking here.
