Paper statements are mailed out by default. To opt-in to receive your statement electronically via email, click on the Register button below.

**Please note that online payments cannot be made through the eStatement portal. Please click here to make an online payment.

Registration Information:

When registering for the first time, fill out the ‘Your Details’ section for the E-Statement account.

Account Number section

It helps to have your paper statement handy when filling this out. It asks for your Account Number and Last Name. Please note that businesses (e.g. New Home LLC) and Trusts (e.g. Sunsetter Living Trust) may have trouble registering due to this Last Name Field.

Manage/Update your eStatement account

You can log into your eStatement account at any time by clicking on the ‘Manage eStatements” button above, to see previous bills or change what email address future bills are sent to.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

Q: I created an account but don’t see any bills, what is wrong?
A: This system will show bills starting after the account’s creation date. It will not show previous bills that were mailed. Contact PDS if you would like a previous bill sent to you.

Q: Can I opt-out of receiving statements?
A: No. HOAs are required by Arizona Law to send statements. Click Here and see section ’L’ for the Arizona Revised Statute requiring statements.

Q: Can my statement be sent to several emails?
A: Yes, you can add multiple emails to your account to be sent a copy of your statements.

Q: I own several homes, can I have all the statements go to one email address?
A: Yes, your eStatements account can be used for all properties managed by Planned Development Services.
